The spaces I create display the disconnect between the fear of loneliness that everyone occasionally experiences and the life that everyone imagines for themselves. I create distinctive works that are able to symbolise this predicament by thinking of those who — lacking the courage to face their fears — struggle to have an identity and obfuscate reality in order to relieve themselves from the pressure of not having an identity.” He lives and works in Japan.
